علماۓکرام کی بار گاہ میں ایک سوال ہے
اور وہ یہ ہے
کیا مدرسےکا پیسہ مسجد میں استعمال کرسکتے ہیں
جواب عنایت فرمائیں

وعلیکم السلام ورحمۃ اللہ وبرکاتہ
الجواب بعون الملک الوھاب
صورت مسئولہ میں مدرسہ کے فنڈے سے مسجد کی تعمیری کام میں استعمال کرنا جائز نہیں ہے ۔
جیساکہ فتاوی مرکز ترتیب افتاء میں ہے کہ ۔
مدرسہ کا پیسہ مسجد میں لگانا حرام وگناہ ہے اور اگر لگا لیا ہے تو اس کا تاوان ادا کریں ۔
اور بہار شریعت میں ہے کہ ۔
چندہ جس خاص مقصد کے لئے کیا جاتا ہے اسے اس مقصد میں استعمال کرنا واجب ہے اور اس کے علاوہ دیگر مقاصد میں صرف کرنا حلال نہیں ۔

لہذا ان حوالہ جات بالا سے صاف ظاہر وباہر ہوگیا کہ مدرسہ کا پیسہ مسجد میں لگانا جائز نہیں ۔

The answer is with Al-Mulk Al-Wahab
In this case, it is not permissible to use the funds of the madrassa for the construction of the mosque.
As the Fatwa Center is in the order of Fatwa.
It is haraam and a sin to invest the money of a madrassa in a mosque and if it is invested then pay the ransom.
And the spring is in the law that.
It is obligatory to use the donation for a specific purpose and it is not permissible to use it for any other purpose.

Therefore, it is clear from the above references that it is not permissible to invest the money of the madrassa in the mosque.
