وضو کرنا کیا ہے رہنمائی فرمائیں واجب یاسنت یا مستحب

الجواب بعون الملک الوھاب
وضو کیا ہے محل کے تحت کبھی وضو کرنا واجب ہو جاتا ہے کبھی وضو کرنا مستحب ہے کبھی وضو کرنا سنت ہے حضور صدرالشریعہ علیہ الرحمہ تحریر فرماتے ہیں
طواف کے لیے وُضو واجب ہے ۔غسلِ جَنابت سے پہلے اور جُنب کو کھانے، پینے، سونے اور اذان و اقامت اور خطبۂ جمعہ و عیدَین اور روضۂ مبارکۂ رسول ﷲ صلی ﷲ تعالیٰ علیہ وسلم کی زیارت اور وُقوفِ عرفہ اور صَفا و مَروہ کے درمیان سَعی کے لیے وُضو کر لینا سنّت ہے۔ سونے کے لیے اور سونے کے بعد اور میت کے نہلانے یا اٹھانے کے بعد اور جِماع سے پہلے اور جب غصہ آجائے اس وقت اور زبانی قرآنِ عظیم پڑھنے کے لیے اور حدیث اور علمِ دین پڑھنے پڑھانے اور علاوہ جمعہ و عیدین باقی خطبوں کے لیے اور کتبِ دِینیہ چھونے کے لیے اور بعد ستر غلیظ چھونے اور جھوٹ بولنے ، گالی دینے، فحش لفظ نکالنے، کافر سے بدن چھو جانے، صلیب یا بُت چھونے، کوڑھی یا سپید داغ والے سے مس کرنے، بغل کھجانے سے جب کہ اس میں بدبو ہو، غیبت کرنے، قہقہہ لگانے، لغو اشعار پڑھنے اور اونٹ کا گوشت کھانے، کسی عورت کے بدن سے اپنا بدن بے حائل مس ہو جانے سے اور باوُضو شخص کے نماز پڑھنے کے لیے ان سب صورتوں میں وُضو مستحب ہے۔ جب وُضو جاتا رہے وُضو کرلینا مستحب ہے۔

What is Wudhu? Sometimes it becomes obligatory to perform Wudhu under the palace. Sometimes it is mustahab to perform Wudhu. Sometimes it is Sunnah to perform Wudhu.
Ablution is obligatory for Tawaf. Before Ghusl of Janabat and eating, drinking, sleeping and Adhan and Iqamah of Junab and the sermon of Jumu'ah and Eid and visiting the Holy Shrine of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) and the end of Arafa and It is Sunnah to perform Wudhu. For sleeping and after sleeping and after bathing or lifting the corpse and before sexual intercourse and when anger arises, then for reciting the Holy Qur'an orally and for reciting Hadith and theology, and for other sermons on Fridays and Eids and books To touch the world and then to touch and lie, to swear, to utter obscene words, to touch the body of an unbeliever, to touch a cross or an idol, to touch a leper or a white-spotted person, to touch the armpits when it stinks, Wudhu is mustahabb in all these cases for backbiting, laughing, reciting nonsense poems and eating camel meat, touching one's body with a woman's body and praying for a person who is wudoo '. It is mustahabb to perform wudu when the wudu is gone.
