بیوی کاپستان شوہرنےمنھ میں رکھ لیاتونکاح پرکوئی اثر ہوگایانہیں؟

اَلسَّــلاَمُ عَلَیْکُمْ وَرَحْمَتـُــہ اللّٰہِ وَبَـرْکَـاتُـہْ

*کیا فرماتے ہیں علماء دین ومفتیان شرع متین اس مسئلہ کے بارے میں کہ شوہر اور بیوی ہمبیستری کے درمیان اگر شوہر اپنے بیوی کی پیستان کو منھ لگا دیا تو نکاح ٹوٹ گیا کہ نہیں جواب عنایت فرمائیں

 وَعَلَیْکُمْ اَلسَّــلاَمُ وَرَحْمَتُہ اللّٰہِ وَبَـرْکَاتُـہْ

الجوابـــــ بــعون الملڪ الوالھابـــــ↧

مرد کے لئے جائز ہے کہ اپنی بیوی کے سر سے لےکر پاؤں تك جیسے چاہے لُطف اندوز ہو سوائے اس کے جس سے ﷲتعالٰی نے منع فرمایا ہے،اور سوال مذکور امور میں سے کسی سے منع نہیں کیا گیا۔بوسہ تومسنون ومستحب ہےاور اگر بنیّت صالحہ ہو تو باعثِ اجروثواب ہے

رہا پستان کو مُنہ میں دبانا،تو اس کا حکم بھی ایسا ہی ہے جب کہ بیوی دُودھ والی نہ ہو اور اگر وُہ دُودھ والی ہے اور مرد اس بات کا لحاظ رکھے کہ دودھ کا کوئی قطرہ اس کے حلق میں داخل نہ ہونے پائے تو بھی حرج نہیں،اور اگر اُس دُودھ میں سے جان بُوجھ کر کچھ پیا تو یہ پینا حرام ہے۔

اور اگر وُہ زیادہ دُودھ والی ہے اور اُسے ڈر ہے کہ پستان منہ میں لے گا تودُودھ حلق میں داخل ہوگا تو اس صورت میں پستان کو منہ میں لینا مکروہ ہے۔

البتہ بیوی کے پستان چوسنا یا منہ میں لینے سے نکاح نہیں ٹوٹتا

Wife Kapistan put in husband's mouth, will it have any effect on marriage?

 Peace be upon you and mercy be upon you and blessings be upon you.

 The question

 What do the religious scholars and mufti sahib about the issue that if a husband touches his wife's breast between the husband and the wife, then the marriage is broken or not?

And to you the peace, mercy and blessings of you

 The answer is with the king of love

 It is permissible for a man to enjoy his wife from head to toe as he pleases, except for those whom Allaah has forbidden, and the question has not been forbidden to any of the above-mentioned matters.  If so, it is a reward

As for pressing the breast into the mouth, the ruling is the same when the wife is not breastfed, and if she is breastfed and the man is careful not to let a drop of milk enter her throat.  No problem, and it is haraam to drink some of that milk on purpose.

And if she is more milky and she is afraid that she will take the breast in her mouth and the milk will enter her throat, then it is makrooh to take the breast in her mouth.

However, sucking the wife's breast or taking it in the mouth does not break the marriage
