قربانی کے چمڑے کے روپئے سے متولی مسجد کا کوئی سامان خریدکر مسجد میں استعمال کرسکتا ہے یا مسجد کا کوئی کام کرا سکتا ہے یا نہیں صدقہ کی رقم سے مسجد کی عمارت چٹائی جانماز میں خرچ کر سکتے ہیں یا نہیں

الجوابـــــ بــعون الملڪ الـوالھابـــــ↧↧قربانی کی کھال مسجد میں لگ سکتی ہےقربانی کی کھال مسجد میں دیکر کے اس کا متولی بیچ کر اسے مسجد میں لگائے یا مسجد میں صرف کرنے کی نیت سے خود فروخت کرکے اس کا پیسہ تعمیر مسجد میں لگائے دونوں صورتیں جائز ہیں
جیسا کہ بہار شریعت میں ہےقربانی کا چمڑا اپنے کام میں بھی لاسکتا ہے اور ہوسکتا ہے کہ کسی نیک کام کے لیے دیدے مثلاً مسجد یادینی مدرسہ کو دیدے یا کسی فقیر کو دیدے۔ بعض جگہ یہ چمڑا امام مسجد کو دیا جاتا ہے اگر امام کی تنخواہ میں نہ دیا جاتا ہو بلکہ اعانت کے طور پرہو توحرج نہیں
مذکورہ بالا عبارت سے ثابت ہےکہ چرم قربانی کی قیمت مسجد کے ان کاموں میں استعمال کر سکتے ہیں مصلہ، لوٹا، ہو چاہے امام کی تنخواہ ہو، کیونکہ امام کی تنخواہ بھی مسجد کے خرچوں میں سے ایک خرچ ہے چنانچہ امام کی تنخواہ میں بھی اس پیسے کو لگانا شرعًا جائز و درست باعث اجر و ثواب ہےجیسا کہ ↚فــقیـہ مـلت علـیہ الرحمہ نے مدرس کو بطور تنخواہ چرم قربانی کی رقم دینے کا حکم دیا ہےالبتہ اگر چمڑے کو اپنے خرچ میں لانے کی نیت سے بیچا تو اب اس کی قیمت مسجد میں دینا جائز نہیں

فتاوی عالمگیری میں لا يجوز أن يبني بالزكاة المسجد، وكذا القناطر والسقايات، وإصلاح الطرقات، وكري الأنهار، والحج والجهاد، وكل ما لا تمليك فيه، ولا يجوز أن يكفن بها ميت، ولا يقضى بها دين الميت كذا في التبيين (1/188)، کتاب الزکاة، الباب السابع فی المصارف
زکاۃ اور صدقاتِ واجبہ کی رقم مسجد میں دینا اور اسے مسجد میں استعمال کرنا درست نہیں ہے، البتہ نفلی صدقات مسجد میں دینا اور ان کی رقم استعمال کرنا جائز ہے، بہتر یہ ہے کہ مسجد میں صرف عطیہ و امداد کی رقم دی جائے۔
لہذانفلی صدقات اور خیرات مسجد میں دینا جائز ہے۔زکاۃ، صدقاتِ واجبہ (فطرہ، کفارہ، فدیہ اور نذر) اور حرام مال مسجد کی تعمیر میں دینا جائز نہیں ہے۔

Answer: The skin of a sacrificial animal can be used in a mosque by giving it to the mosque. Are
As in Bihar Shariat, the skin of the sacrifice can be used for one's own work and may be given for a good deed, such as giving a mosque to a memorial madrassa or giving it to a poor person. In some places this leather is given to the imam of the mosque if it is not given in the imam's salary but as an aid.
The above verse proves that the price of the skin sacrifice can be used in these works of the mosque, masala, loot, even if it is the salary of the imam, because the salary of the imam is also one of the expenses of the mosque. Investing money is permissible according to sharee'ah, as the jurist of the nation, may God have mercy on him, has ordered the madrassa to pay the amount of leather sacrifice as a salary. However, if the leather is sold with the intention of bringing it to its expense Giving is not permissible

Fatawa al-Alamgiri says that it is not permissible to build a mosque with zakat, and so on. The Book of Zakat, Chapter Seven in Expenses
It is not correct to give zakat and obligatory alms in the mosque and use it in the mosque. However, it is permissible to give alms in the mosque and use their money. It is better to give only donations and aid in the mosque.
Therefore, it is permissible to give alms and charity in the mosque. It is not permissible to give zakat, obligatory alms (fitra, kaffarah, fidyah and nazar) and haraam wealth in the construction of the mosque.
